Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT for in-home, one-on-one ABA services in Indiana. You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions in clients' natural environments and collect data to track progress, under BCBA supervision.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with families and program staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
