Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy provides in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with Autism in Indiana. We hire Experienced and Entry-Level therapists, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, structured team under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.

• Pass a criminal background check; willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. What is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
