Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
Must pass criminal background check and have clean driving record.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor ORR Policy/IFR compliance for SA/SH and ISB.
Lead staff training on prevention, detection, and response to SA/SH.
Coordinate with ORR PCAN, HR, and program leadership on compliance.
Prepare documentation for ORR/IFR audits and corrective action plans.
