Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking the Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager for La Jornada in Chicago, IL. You will lead the implementation, training, and ongoing compliance with ORR Policy sections and IFR, fostering a safe, respectful workplace and ensuring program adherence.

Responsibilities include overseeing SA/SH/ISB prevention, reviewing grievances, coordinating with ORR and PSAs, and guiding staff through audits and CAPs while collaborating with HR for background checks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services.
• At least one year of experience in child welfare standards, compliance, or quality assurance.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; Spanish fluency required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; willingness to travel.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Implement ORR policies and IFR compliance within NYAP programs.
• Provide PSA orientations to children in care and oversee compliance activities.
• Review grievances and escalate to program director for resolution.
• Lead SA/SH/ISB reporting and staff training; act as SME to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ORR PCAN Coordinator and program leadership on compliance.
