Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is seeking a Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager to oversee program staff and ensure accreditation readiness in a fast-paced environment. The role requires autonomy, leadership, and the ability to guide agency responses to sexual abuse and harassment, with experience in policy implementation, incident handling, and coordination with law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, intake/placement support, and travel for child

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years related experience.
Experience with child welfare or social services preferred.
SART certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise program staff and oversee center operations.
Assist in recruitment/home study/home inspection functions as needed.
Train staff in home study and home inspection functions.
Coordinate with law enforcement when a victim is identified.
Attend and conduct training on sexual abuse screening with staff and foster parents.
Maintain confidentiality of incident/investigation reports.
Travel for transportation of children to parents/sponsors on rotation.
