Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks a Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager to implement and maintain ORR policy compliance across programs. The role trains staff, manages reporting of SA/SH/ISB, and ensures privacy and record-keeping standards.

The candidate will collaborate with ORR stakeholders, lead audits, and support staffing plans while upholding NYAP’s mission and values. Travel to program sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Proficient use of desktop and mobile devices and standard software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), Spanish fluency required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ORR Policy and IFR standards.
• Lead and train staff on SA/SH/ISB prevention and reporting.
• Coordinate with ORR, PSA, and program leadership on audits and CAPs.
• Review grievances and escalate for resolution.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for ORR and state stakeholders.
