Sewing Room Customer Service Representative North Hills

Join us as a Sewing Room Customer Service Representative North Hills at David's Bridal.

Position available as part-time, with minimal weekday hours and opportunities to work weekends only.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and friendly experience to all customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to ensure a five-star experience.
• Meet service standards including preparing, welcoming, and addressing customer needs.
• Handle multiple customers simultaneously, proactively resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote alterations services and personalize options.
• Maintain store standards and dress code, ensuring a clean, organized environment.
• Assist with garment pressing, steaming, and quality checks before delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support inventory processes and handle transactions accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience, preferably in apparel or specialty stores.
• Previous sewing experience is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems is desirable.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for sewing, garment handling, and POS use.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Good visual and auditory acuity for customer interactions and quality checks.
