Position Purpose:

The Customer Experience Agents are key members of the Contact Center team, interacting daily with customers via various communication methods, handling routine customer interactions.

Key Job Activities:

• Handle routine customer care interactions, answer service calls, and provide excellent telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy across communication channels.
• Participate in training and ongoing development for new clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries based on training guidelines, using scripts or templates, via phone, email, chat, or video.
• Manage multiple client interactions, be cross-trained, or dedicated to specific clients.
• Perform data collection, order processing, appointment setting, and information relay.
• Maintain performance metrics and adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
• Work from home in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain customer confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Relevant customer service experience preferred, computer literacy required, excellent communication skills, ability to work flexible hours, and demonstrate problem-solving and organizational skills. Must be 18 or older.
