Position Purpose:

Customer Experience Agents are key members of the Contact Center team, interacting daily with customers via various communication channels, handling routine interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle routine customer care interactions, including calls, emails, chat, and video, demonstrating good etiquette, listening, and empathy.
2. Participate in training sessions for new hires and ongoing client-specific training.
3. Respond to customer inquiries based on training guidelines, using scripts or templates.
4. Manage multiple client interactions, possibly cross-trained on different clients or dedicated to a single client.
5. Perform data collection, order processing, appointment setting, and information relaying.
6. Maintain performance standards and adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
7. Work from home in compliance with company policies.
8. Maintain customer confidentiality, including adherence to HIPAA laws.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Relevant customer service experience, computer literacy, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule are required. Must be 18+ years old.
