Job summary

RFD Beaufort, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an on-site trainer who can take direction from the supervisor and coach new hires in accordance with written instructions.

You will collaborate with the supervisor to train staff, enforce policies on quality and safety, assist in day-to-day operations, work with QC to resolve issues, and contribute to monthly production goals through knowledge of sewing and QC processes.

Qualifications

• Experience training others to perform tasks.
• Familiar with training methods and execution.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from and collaborate with Supervisor to train new hires in accordance with written instructions.
• Enforce policies such as fod, broken needle, red/green tag
• Assist supervisor in day to day operations, as directed
• Work with QC to resolve quality issues found during inspection
• Produce and approve first article inspection samples
• Assist in meeting monthly production goals
• Production - Knowledge of production processes related to sewing and QC control
