Job summary

ReadyOne Industries seeks a Sewing Supervisor helper to support the production line for safe, timely, and cost-efficient first quality output. Must be able to sew four or more operations in their area and assist in balancing lines under supervision.

Candidates should have at least two years sewing experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and capable of operating various sewing and pocket-setting equipment. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety and training programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Two years sewing or related industry experience.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with leadership skills.
• Ability to operate tacking and automatic sewing equipment (pockets, welts, hooks/loops, snaps).
• Experience with three- and four- thread serge equipment and safety-stitch machinery.
• Good mechanical aptitude for machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Support Sewing Supervisor to balance production lines and meet objectives.
• Operate key line equipment during manpower shortages or absences.
• Absorb workloads across multiple sewing operations as needed.
• Maintain training initiatives and employee records.
• Promote a safe work environment and uphold quality standards.
