Job summary

Duane Blanton Plumbing, Sewer, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Sewer Salesperson to drive residential sewer service sales. You will prospect, present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while meeting KPIs and collaborating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in residential sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Commission-based earnings can exceed $100k.

• Background check, MVR and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct consultative assessments of homeowners' sewer systems
• Prepare and present sales proposals and educate homeowners
• Negotiate terms and close deals with a target close rate
• Build and maintain customer relationships post-sale
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
