Duane Blanton Plumbing, Sewer, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Sewer Salesperson in Round Lake, IL to pursue residential leads and provide consultative sewer system solutions. You will generate prospects, present proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals with homeowners.

A strong track record in sales and excellent communication are essential. This commission-only role offers potential earnings well over $100,000 for top performers, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 3 years proven track record in residential sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-capable.
• Valid Driver's License and clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to create sales opportunities.
• Consultative selling and assessing homeowners' sewer systems.
• Presenting and delivering compelling proposals to customers.
• Negotiating terms and closing deals with homeowners (no cap on earnings).
