The City of Omaha is seeking a skilled Sewer Maintenance Worker to maintain and monitor the City's wastewater collection systems. The role involves operating jetting and vacuuming equipment to keep sewer lines clean and functioning, with emphasis on safety and proper documentation.

Candidates should have two years of related experience and a valid Class B CDL with N endorsement by the end of probation. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Formación

• Two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or sewer cleaning.
• High school graduation or its equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled assistance in maintenance and monitoring of the City's wastewater collection systems.
• Operates jetting, jet sawing, and jet vacuuming equipment to clean sewer lines and structures.
• Monitors safety of work areas and implements traffic control measures as needed.
• Performs cleanup and routine maintenance of job sites, vehicles, and equipment.
