Wolfer's Home Services in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Sewer & Drain Field Supervisor to mentor and coach technicians, ride along to sharpen skills, and drive customer communication and sales performance. You will identify opportunities, present sewer repair and replacement solutions, and manage jobs from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of selling sewer and drain work, is comfortable with an assumptive close, holds a valid driver’s license, and can pass background and

• At least one year of experience in selling sewer & drain work.
• ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus but not required.
• Comfortable with an assumptive close style with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and train Sewer & Drain Technicians in the field.
• Ride along with technicians to improve technical skills, customer communication, and sales performance.
• Help technicians identify opportunities by ensuring every customer receives a thorough sewer camera inspection.
• Present sewer repair and replacement solutions with confidence and professionalism.
• Project manage the sewer jobs you sell from start to finish.
• Support your team in achieving individual and department goals.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

• Flexible schedule - you work when the jobs come in (a Tuesday - Saturday shift or a Sun - Thursday shift).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
