Job summary

Wolfer is seeking a results-driven professional to sell sewer and drain work, inspect lines, and motivate the team. You will engage customers, close deals with confidence, and uphold safety and quality standards on every job.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast-paced execution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, with eligibility for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in selling sewer & drain work.
• ServiceTitan experience (a huge plus but not required)
• Comfortable with an assumptive close style with customers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Camera and inspect drain lines and sewer lines.
• Sell sewer/drain repairs and replacements with confidence and professionalism
• Support your team in achieving individual and department goals.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
