Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to diagnose and repair home drain issues. You will work independently in customers' homes, explain repair options, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Competitive pay: hourly plus commission, with a company truck and tools to support daily field work.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency with ServiceTitan and using an iPad is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or service industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to diagnose drain issues and explain repairs to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drain issues in customers' homes.
