Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. seeks a SBAS Program Management Analyst to support SEVP's automation portfolio, including SEVPAMS, RPA bots, and Tableau analytics. You will track tasks, maintain SOPs, and convert meetings into documented decisions and actions for SEVP leadership, ensuring crisp, compliant deliverables.

This role requires 3+ years in admin or program management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with SharePoint and MS Office. U.S.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant admin or program management experience; education may substitute for experience.
Experience drafting templates, SOPs, and presentations; preparing activity/productivity reports.
Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office, and collaboration tools; experience using generative AI for docs.

Responsibilities

Track SBAS taskings from intake to closure and support section operations.
Draft, maintain templates, SOPs, articles, and presentations to government standards.
Maintain SBAS repositories and SEVPAMS SharePoint with monthly updates.
Provide meeting support: agendas, minutes, action items; publish minutes within 3 days.
Assist with training on templates/documentation standards; use DHSChat and GenAI tools.
