Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. seeks an SBAS Lead Program Management Analyst to guide the team supporting SEVP’s business automation backbone. You will coordinate tasking, templates, and collaboration artifacts, working closely with federal leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage SharePoint repositories, and leverage DHSChat/GenAI tools to draft high-quality content, ensuring timely, compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in admin/program management, federal preferred.
• Proven ability to lead section-level operations and strategic planning.
• Experience creating and reviewing templates, SOPs, articles, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBAS operations: track tasks from intake to closure and report status to federal leads.
• Direct and assign work to SBAS analysts and writers; ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Own SBAS communications, templates, SOPs, and repository management in SEVPAMS/SharePoint.
• Run SBAS meetings and produce activity, productivity, and strategy reports.
• Train SEVP staff on templates and documentation; leverage GenAI tools to draft content.
