Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. seeks a Junior School Compliance Analyst to support ICE SEVP SCU on the ACS contract.

You will review I-17 petitions, verify evidence, and help ensure timely processing and compliance across filings and fee validation. You will work on-site at Tysons Corner, VA, with structured training and QA oversight, develop reports and dashboards, and coordinate with federal adjudicators to maintain accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of regulatory/compliance experience.
• Ability to review evidence against SEVP requirements with keen attention to detail.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using MS Office.
• U.S. citizenship and residence in the United States for at least three of the last five years.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tysons Corner, VA during core business hours.
• Ability to safeguard CUI and PII and manage high-volume queues within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming school documents and evidence for initial, update, and recertification Form I-17 petitions to confirm SEVP evidence requirements.
• File or cancel petitions within two days of submission, issuing notices as appropriate.
• Process LPRqs, PDSO/DSO updates, and record updates for adjudicator action.
• Handle, upload, and tag supporting evidence; maintain records per SEVIS, ICE, DHS, and NARA requirements.
• Verify school fee payments and coordinate monthly payment logs with SEVP Fee Management.
• Schedule SCU site visits and report results within two business days.
