SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Lead Agile Business Analyst to drive requirements analysis for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) in the Washington, DC area. You will collaborate with federal stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and testers to elicit, document, and validate user stories and business rules.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, backlog refinement, and Scrum ceremonies, documenting acceptance criteria, and ensuring traceability.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience, including eight years as an analyst.
• At least three years working with Agile teams using Scrum.
• Expert knowledge of SEVIS features, SEVP mission, and regulations governing international students and school certification.
• Experience with Jira or similar requirements systems and direct collaboration with developers and end users.
• Excellent analytical writing, listening, leadership, and mentoring skills.
