Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. is hiring a Junior School Compliance Analyst to support ICE SEVP SCU on the ACS contract. You will review evidence for Form I-17 petitions, ensure timely filing, and verifications, while handling records per SEVIS and NARA requirements.

The role requires on-site work in Tysons Corner, VA, with structured training and QC oversight from team leads. Strong analytical and regulatory skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in document review, regulatory compliance, or analytical work.
• Ability to conduct detailed research and analyze technical data with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret policy, regulations, and directives.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• U.S. citizenship and residence in the United States or its Territories for at least three of the last five years; must obtain and maintain favorable ICE background.
• Ability to work on-site in Tysons Corner, VA during core business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET).
• Ability to safeguard CUI and PII and manage high-volume queues against firm deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming school documents and evidence for Form I-17 petitions to confirm SEVP requirements.
• File or cancel petitions within two days of submission; issue notices and payment requests as needed.
• Process LPRqs, PDSO/DSO updates, and record updates for adjudicator action.
• Handle, upload, and tag supporting evidence and maintain records per SEVIS, ICE, DHS, and NARA rules.
• Verify incoming school fee payments and coordinate with SEVP Fee Management to maintain logs.
• Schedule SCU site visits; notify staff of delays and report results within two business days.
• Monitor SIMA tickets and SCU mailboxes; escalate where federal approval is needed.
• Provide analytical support for queue and turnaround metrics for weekly/monthly reports.
• Record meeting minutes for SCU meetings and deliver promptly.
• Participate in intake QC and accept guidance before filing or canceling petitions.
