Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• HSE diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior professional experience required; IEP experience preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse students and adapt curriculum as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curricula to needs.
• Implement IEP accommodations and track student progress with licensed staff.
• Prepare materials, tests, attendance, and related documentation.
• Support online/remote learning and assist with technology access.
• Monitor behavior and support de-escalation and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
