Adecco Staffing is partnering with a high-level manufacturing facility in Laconia, NH to hire Setup Operators on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will set up machines in the Grinding Department and perform finish grinding to tight tolerances on ferrous and non-ferrous parts.
The role requires reading drawings, selecting speeds/feeds, and monitoring tooling to ensure parts meet production standards. Overtime may be needed, with competitive pay and benefits.

Perform required duties to set up a minimum of one machine in the Grinding Department, to perform a limited variety of finish grinding or honing on ferrous, non-ferrous parts, working to close and critical tolerances and finishes.
Pay Details: $23.70 to $24.78 per hour
