• What you\'ll own
  • End-to-end crude oil and NGL volume settlements — reconciling nominations vs. actuals across a massive pipeline and terminal network
  • Monthly settlement statements, counterparty invoicing, and run ticket reconciliation with pricing contracts
  • Quality and volume adjustments (gravity, BS&W, measurement variances) applied to settlement calculations
  • Month-end close for the settlements function with tight deadlines and zero margin for error
  • Leading and developing a team of analysts — building SOPs, controls, and a culture of accuracy
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Trading, Operations, and Finance leadership
• What you bring
  • 5+ years of settlements, revenue accounting, or midstream accounting experience in oil & gas
  • Deep familiarity with crude oil or NGL commercial contracts, pricing indices, and volume measurement
  • Experience managing a team and driving month-end close processes
  • Proficiency with midstream ERP/accounting platforms (e.g., Quorum, TIPS, PakEnergy, or similar)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
