Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Recon Specialist to perform reconciliation settlements from core and third-party files, balance ledgers, and support month-end closings in Bethpage, NY.

You will interact with branches and vendors to resolve settlement issues, research variances, and drive process improvements in ATM operations and general ledger processes. Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of experience.
• Financial background in ATM ops, balancing and GL reconciliation.
• Knowledge of dispute resolution rules and regulations.
• Computer skills: PC, Windows, MS Excel, Access, Word.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile activities from ACH, Inclearing, Fed, debit, ATM deposits, and other operations to general ledger.
• Communicate with branches/partners on settlement issues and processing; review non-posted items.
• Research variances from mis-posting to ledgers and drive improvements.
• Balance ATMs cash withdrawals, deposits and image checks post-approval; ensure REG E compliance.
• Provide training to staff on processing functions and ATM testing.
