Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting/finance or related fields.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Ability to cross-train for other positions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the ATM general ledger reconciliation process and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee armored car ATM balancing and reconciliation procedures.
• Provide solutions to ATM troubleshooting and system-related issues.
• Oversee monthly debit card audits at Instant Issue Branch locations.
• Monitor and order debit card stock and printer supplies.
• Train and mentor Card Services staff to maintain performance and knowledge.
• Perform other card services and ATM operations duties as assigned.
