TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm operating fully remotely. We are seeking a Settlement Supervisor to lead the settlement team, ensure timely processing, and maximize client satisfaction and firm profitability.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy of packets and statements, monitor case progression, and coach staff to uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation support.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and case funding.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily settlement operations and manage team workloads.
• Ensure packets, disbursements, liens, and statements are accurate and timely.
• Monitor case progression from resolution through final payout.
• Enforce policy compliance and ethical standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex settlement issues.
• Coach and develop settlement staff through mentoring.
• Track KPIs and report trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and leadership to optimize processes.
• Maintain quality assurance and conduct file audits.
