Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Settlement Manager to oversee the execution and accuracy of settlement and billing, including standard and non-standard pay. The role collaborates with Field Operations, Billing and IT to resolve discrepancies and leads the development of settlement administrators.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Management and/or logistics/billing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time.
• Attention to detail and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare Lowe’s orders to pay and bill daily.
• Identify proper additional/exception pay and bill for all orders.
• Ensure all revenue available is captured.
• Implement efficiencies to streamline settlement process and reduce errors.
• Plan and manage execution of rate changes.
• Foster engagement and positive culture.
• Collaborate with Settlement Administrators, Field Operations, Billing and IT.
• Adhere to and enforce all operational policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
