Responsibilities

• Coordinate settlement fund distributions to clients and parties, ensuring timely processing.
• Review settlements and documentation to verify correct disbursement amounts.
• Maintain detailed financial records of disbursements in firm systems."
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards throughout the process.
• Prepare disbursement journals and settlement records for reporting.
• Investigate and resolve distribution discrepancies with clients and attorneys.
