Job summary

Skinner Accident and Injury Lawyers is seeking a Post-Settlement Case Manager to wrap up personal injury cases after settlement. This full-time, in-person role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation at $21 per hour.

You will coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies, negotiate bill reductions, and ensure timely disbursements while maintaining empathetic client communication.

We are seeking a Post-Settlement Case Manager for a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm.

Are you detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and confident in negotiating reductions? Join our dedicated team as a Post-Settlement Case Manager, where you'll help wrap up clients' Personal Injury cases after settlement.

The Post-Settlement Case Manager role is a full-time, in-person position. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $21 hourly

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail


• Solid analytical and math skills


• Professional and confident on the phone


• Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills


• Friendly, empathetic, and client-centered approach


• Previous experience in personal injury law, insurance claims, or medical billing is a plus


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with case management software (we use Filevine) is a plus
