Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA seeks a Darpa STO Program Lead SETA to drive program management for the Cattle Run solar propulsion initiative. You will track budgets, schedules, and technical performance while coordinating with DARPA and IV&V entities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management, a TS clearance, and a degree (Bachelors or Masters). Proficiency in MS Office, strong organization, and the ability to rapidly learn new topics are essential for success in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS clearance.
• Must have at least 5 years of Program Management experience.
• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas needed to broadly support program goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter able to lead and support in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans; organize deliverables and documentation.
• Lead monthly or bi-weekly performer assessments; analyze risks and propose mitigations.
• Evaluate technical reports and communications; plan actions to address issues.
• Engage stakeholders across DoD agencies and services.
• Administer program activities including cost estimation, risk management, and tech transfer.
• Prepare DARPA work products, presentations, and reports.
