Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2 years in a manufacturing/distribution operation.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to address issues related to production or quality.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate changing situations and recommend actions.
• Hands-on training with on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand equipment specifications to properly set up production equipment.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
• Measure and evaluate tooling to ensure proper fitment.
• Install equipment using all required tools.
• Operate the equipment to verify the installation meets specifications.
• Interface with computer software, equipment HMI / PLC
• Operate powered industrial vehicles
• Perform basic maintenance practices on tooling and equipment, assist maintenance as needed
• Properly organize materials to ensure efficient operations
• Other related duties as assigned by Supervision
