Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills to report performance to management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to operate manufacturing equipment to produce products to spec at the required throughput.
• Ensure equipment and materials are available for production and inventory is maintained.
• Provide oversight and leadership to the production team on the assigned equipment.
• Operate multiple complex pieces of manufacturing equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Enter information into MRP system and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Detect and report faulty operation, defective or unusual material or equipment conditions and work with support departments to resolve.
