Job summary

Titan International, Inc. in Clinton, TN is seeking a Set Up Associate I – Indirect Labor to set up and operate manufacturing equipment ensuring products meet specifications and throughput targets.

You will prepare equipment, materials and tooling, move inventory, and assist maintenance as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years in manufacturing/distribution, strong teamwork, critical thinking, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2 years in a manufacturing/distribution operation.
• Able to work with cross functional teams to address issues related to production or quality.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate complex and changing situations.
• Able to train quickly through on the job experience with a hands-on approach.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand equipment specifications to properly set up equipment for production use.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
• Measure and evaluate tooling to ensure proper fitment.
• Install equipment using all required tools.
• Operate the equipment to verify the installation meets specifications.
• Interface with computer software, equipment HMI / PLC.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Perform basic maintenance practices on tooling and equipment, assist maintenance as needed.
• Properly organize materials to ensure efficient operations.
