Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a compassionate dietary services leader to prepare diverse menus, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain kitchen and dining areas in our community.

You will engage residents with love, dignity and empathy, participate in ongoing learning, and contribute to a warm, supportive environment while upholding high standards of service and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates restrictions.
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment reflecting love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
• Participates in continuous learning through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
