Formación

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares a diverse menu that accommodates various dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintains food service areas including kitchen and dining areas according to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services and patient/resident wellbeing.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and supportive manner reflecting values of love, compassion, and dignity.
• Participates in ongoing education through seminars, staff meetings, and learning experiences.
