Team Doyle in Scranton, PA, is hiring an Entry-Level Mitigation Technician to assist home and business owners after property emergencies. You will work with experienced crew leaders using advanced restoration equipment to dry, clean, and restore properties.

No prior restoration experience is required as we provide paid, hands-on training and industry certifications. This role emphasizes teamwork, physical work, and a strong service mindset, with a clear path for advancement within our growing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical restoration tasks (stretching, bending, standing).
• Ability to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule (overtime opportunities available!).
• No Experience Required: We teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities

• Respond to property emergency calls involving water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition (removing damaged drywall, flooring, etc.).
• Set up and monitor industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialized restoration equipment.
• Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and keeping company vehicles loaded and clean.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and maintain a high standard of customer service.
