As a local and national leader in the restoration industry, we help home and business owners get their lives back on track after disaster strikes. Our services include Water Damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Odor Remediation, & Biohazard Cleaning.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to service calls as needed
• Being on a rotating on-call schedule
• Performing services following SERVPRO® production guidelines
• Communicating with the Crew Chief to ensure customer needs are met
• Supporting crew members and production staff
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas

Our technicians are dispatched to different jobsites throughout the week, providing constant variety and new challenges.

Earning Potential

Base Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour to start (Advancement and raises available)

On-Target Earnings (OTE) Most full-time technicians earn:

• $45,000–$55,000+ in total annual compensation in their first year • Top performers and team leaders regularly earn $60,000+ annually

These figures are based on actual employee earnings.

Additional Pay Opportunities Include:

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Walk and stand for long periods

Schedule

• Full-time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Frequent overtime, evenings, and weekends
• Primarily local travel
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
