Team Doyle, a leading SERVPRO network in Northeastern PA, is hiring entry-level Mitigation Technicians in Scranton, PA. You’ll help homeowners recover from water, fire, smoke, or storm damage, working with seasoned crews and state-of-the-art restoration technology.

No prior restoration experience required; we provide paid training and industry certifications. Starting pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus, full benefits after 90 days, and opportunities to move into higher-paying

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical restoration tasks.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to property emergency calls involving water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition (removing damaged drywall, flooring, etc.).
• Set up and monitor industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialized restoration equipment.
• Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and keeping company vehicles loaded and clean.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and maintain a high standard of customer service.

As a Mitigation Technician, you will be on the front lines helping home and business owners recover after property emergencies like water leaks, fire, smoke, or storm damage. You will work alongside experienced crew leaders using state‑of‑the‑art restoration technology to clean, dry, and restore properties.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Base Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (depending on experience or transferable skills).
