Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Program Manager for the LM2500 Services lifecycle, responsible for coordinating the integration of programs across Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Services, and other Gas Power functions. You will own readiness for NPI programs, drive strategic investments, and manage service-related improvements across fleets.

The role demands 8+ years in gas turbine or related industries, with at least 4 years in a leadership position within a product line or program management.

  • Minimum of 8 years of cumulative relevant experience, including at least 5 years with gas turbine technology and at least 4 years in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, or program/project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure Services launch readiness, quality, delivery, and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Own Services readiness for NPI programs and fleet issues, including field tooling, training, repair development, manuals, procedures, and I&C readiness.
  • Develop and execute investment and industrialization strategies for new repairs and facility upgrades with key stakeholders.
  • Lead repair, field-fix, RAM, and CM&U programs to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Improve fleet reliability and availability metrics by partnering with CSLs, Reliability, and Engineering.
  • Lead implementation and fleet compliance for Service and Product Bulletins; forecast parts for critical service actions.
  • Partner with MYA and Commercial teams to develop service commercial models, cost catalogs, and maintenance intervals.
  • Support the NPI pipeline and program execution, including resource requirements, risks, and COPQ reduction.

Job Description Summary

The LM2500 Services Program Manager will report into the LM2500 Aeroderivative Platform Leader and will be responsible for owning Services lifecycle (introduction through sunset) driving strategic integration of programs across various functions (Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Services, Parts COE, AAJV, Services MYA & Project Execution) and ensure successful launch.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Services, Commercial, and other Gas Power functions to ensure Services launch readiness, quality, delivery, and alignment with business financial objectives.
  • Own Services readiness for NPI programs and fleet issues, including field tooling, training, repair development, product/service manuals, field procedures, Approval to Quote (ATQ) documentation, and Installation & Commissioning (I&C) readiness.
  • Develop and execute investment and industrialization strategies for new repairs, manufacturing/service capabilities, and Level 2 and Level 3 service facility upgrades in partnership with AAJV and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead repair, field-fix, RAM, and CM&U (customization, modification and upgrade) programs, driving execution against safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives.
  • Own and drive improvement of fleet reliability and availability metrics, including MTBFO, by partnering with CSLs, Reliability, Engineering, and other functions to address systemic product and fleet issues.
  • Lead implementation and fleet compliance for Service Bulletins (SB) and Product Bulletins (PB); support parts forecasting for critical service actions based on regional events and fleet requirements.
  • Partner with MYA and Commercial teams to develop service commercial models, cost catalogs, ATAs, repair-cost assumptions, scrap-rate expectations, maintenance intervals, and related commercial strategies; manage customer communications regarding significant fleet issues.
  • Support the NPI pipeline and program execution, including resource and P&E requirements, manufacturing and sourcing risks, supplier/parts obsolescence, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives; provide updates on key quality and execution workstreams through established operating rhythms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of cumulative relevant experience, including at least 5 years of experience with gas turbine technology or a similar industry and at least 4 years in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, or program/project management.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on August 18, 2026.
