Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle insurance cards and assist with claims.
• Perform office duties for the Services department.
• Manage lost/stolen equipment list and job charges.
• Builds new tools/equipment in Vista and manages database for consistency.
• Manages lost/stolen equipment list and job charges for these items.
• Issues debits and credits for tool/equipment billing corrections
• Order office and breakroom supplies.
• Assist ISC associates with UPS deliveries and pickups.
• Updates the calibration / certification logs.
• Back up for daily postal run and administrative errands.

The Position

We are looking for a Services Coordinator with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. This position reports to the Services Department Manager and works directly with Equipment Coordinators, Motorized Equipment Coordinator, and Tool Room Manager. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Maintains vehicle insurance cards and assists the Motorized Equipment Coordinator with insurance and accident claims.
• Perform office duties for the Services department as set forth by the Services Manager.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment records, registration, and licenses.
• Builds new tools/equipment in Vista and manages database for consistency.
• Manages lost/stolen equipment list and job charges for these items.
• Issues debits and credits for tool/equipment billing corrections
• Order office and breakroom supplies.
• Assist ISC associates with UPS deliveries and pickups.
• Updates the calibration / certification logs.
• Back up for daily postal run and administrative errands.

Requirements
