The Senior Director will be instrumental in the build-out and growth of the firm's newly launched Infrastructure Equity strategy within its Global Infrastructure platform. In this highly strategic role, the individual will lead the origination and execution of investments across North America and Europe while helping define investment strategy, portfolio construction, and the overall evolution of the platform. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape a differentiated infrastructure investment business and drive long-term value creation across core, core-plus, and value-add opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree required, with Business or Finance preferred. 12+ years in infrastructure private equity and/or banking with demonstrated sourcing and execution success. Strong network of contacts in the infrastructure sectors. Expertise in structuring, documentation, and complex stakeholder alignment. Strong IC/Board communication presence and leadership capabilities. Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions. Proven origination track record and proprietary deal sourcing. Deep specialization across digital, power and energy, utilities, transport, or social infrastructure.
MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred. Solutions focused mindset; creative. Excellent oral and written communication skills; interact with members of senior management, executives and line staff in a positive and collegial manner. Must have strong leadership qualities, a client service focus and a high standard of professionalism. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills. Effective negotiator with demonstrated ability to achieve consensus. Ability to operate autonomously with transparency and integrity. Sophisticated financial skills, quantitative underwriting skills, and capital markets perspective with ability to structure investments to achieve investment requirements. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Meet tight timelines and make key recommendations and decisions. Willingness and ability to travel.
#LI-CM2 Base Salary Range: $240,000-280,000 and additional incentive compensation.
