Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance and Performance Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Vulnerability Response workflows in ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode).
• Design dashboards and reports to track vulnerability trends and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver vulnerability management capabilities.

ServiceNow - Vulnerability Response Engineer

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement.
• 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance and Performance Analytics capabilities.
• 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB.
• 4+ years of technical experience with ITSM, GRC and IT Asset Management is preferred.
• 2+ years of technical experience with Flow Designer.
• Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets, server scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal Configuration).
• Technical experience with the implementation of performance analytics.
• Technical experience with the implementation of third-party integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode) to ingest vulnerabilities and policy compliance scan data is required.
• In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process.
• Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools.
• Experience with the implementation of workspace, analytics, dashboard and reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.
• Prior experience working on an agile development team.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, PowerShell.
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.

Salary Range- $95,000-$120,000 a year
