Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB engineer to design, implement and optimize discovery across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). You will lead integration efforts with REST/SOAP, SSO/SAML, and Integration Hub, delivering governance dashboards with Power BI.

The role requires 5–8 years of admin/maintenance and 4+ years of development experience focusing on integrations, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow admin/maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development focusing on integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM discovery and CMDB, CSDM framework.
• Proven ability to create dashboards and governance reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for On-Premises and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Create container vulnerability orchestration for scanning and remediation.
• Develop dashboards and governance visuals using Power BI for vulnerability posture and remediation progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.

• ** ServiceNow Vulnerability reporting skillset:
• Container Vulnerability Management: Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities to ensure timely and consistent mitigation.
• Infrastructure Vulnerability Workflow: Define processes and workflows to manage vulnerabilities related to endpoints and IP addresses that are not currently mapped to specific assets within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Reporting and Governance: Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and program effectiveness. **
• 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills.
