Job summary
Northern Trust is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer focused on Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance. You will design, develop, integrate, and optimize VR and CC capabilities, partnering with Cybersecurity, CMDB, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable remediation workflows.
The role requires strong ServiceNow development skills, experience with CMDB data relationships, and expertise in enterprise security workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development/engineering experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and/or Configuration Compliance.
- Strong CMDB/CI relationships and data-quality understanding.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimize ServiceNow VR capabilities.
- Develop workflows for vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, and remediation.
- Configure vulnerability records, UI policies, and integrations.
- Develop automation for remediation orchestration and reporting.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion and high-volume processing.
