Job summary

VDart is seeking a senior ServiceNow Full Stack Developer with deep UI Builder and Workspace expertise to design scalable user experiences and modernize portals.

You will implement Data Brokers, Client State Parameters, event mappings, declarative actions, and REST/API integrations while collaborating with product and UX teams across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with full-stack capabilities.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on UI Builder and Workspace development.
• Experience with CSP/CSM/Impact or similar ServiceNow product implementations preferred.
• Migration, workspace modernization, and legacy portal modernization experience.
• Strong scripting and technical skills across ServiceNow stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable UI using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Build and configure Workspaces, Pages, and reusable UI components.
• Develop Data Brokers, Client State Parameters, Event Mappings, and Declarative Actions.
• Create responsive interfaces aligned with UX standards and business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and UX teams to translate requirements.
• Participate in migration from Service Portal to UI Builder and modernize workspaces.
• Develop and support REST Scripted APIs and Integration Hub integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support when required.

• Experience in CSP, CSM, Impact, custom applications, or similar ServiceNow product implementations is preferred.
• Experience in platform migration, workspace migration, and legacy portal modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience in Scripting & Technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Build and configure Workspaces, Pages, Macro Components, Custom Components, and reusable UI patterns.
• Develop and maintain Data Brokers, Client State Parameters, Event Mappings, and Declarative Actions.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business requirements and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and UX teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in migration and modernization initiatives from Service Portal and legacy experiences to UI Builder.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Scripted APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, code reviews, and platform governance standards.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
