Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, at least five years of applied experience, and more than six years of ServiceNow experience, including at least two years with the ITSM module. Candidates should be proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST integrations, with strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills; HR Service Delivery, Virtual Agent, UI Builder, configurable workspaces, and ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
