Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to translate client requirements into functional designs and user stories aligned with the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading workshops, interviewing stakeholders, and guiding Agile delivery across the implementation lifecycle.

Travel may be required (25%–100%). The ideal candidate has 3+ years on ServiceNow, strong communication skills, and a track record of process improvement and requirements documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition and re-engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and user stories.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories and solution specs aligned with ServiceNow.
• Lead process workshops and stakeholder interviews; create feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Guide implementation lifecycle; act as trusted advisor to define future-state service delivery processes.
• Support UAT and QA; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
