Qualified candidates have 3+ years in ServiceNow implementations, 3+ years in JavaScript or related development, and 3+ years with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• 3+ years of experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
